This position will support all ES efforts within the Sector Support Business CoE organization.  This position is not location specific and can be supported virtually.

Specific duties to include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Interface with program managers, functional management, and  project managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program and operational requirements
  • Focal point for Recurring Support for ES which include Indicated Final Cost (IFC), Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as well as monthly reporting and analysis on historical cost and trends.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, and overall cost management to baseline.
  • Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled, assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria, maintenance and justifications of estimates to complete
  • Support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis
  • Be able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.  
  • Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple layers of the organization will be required, successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication and professional skills
     

Basic Qualifications - to be considered for this position you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, accounting, finance, or related field with 6 years related experience or Masters Degree in business management, accounting, finance or related field with 4 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in team settings with successful results
     

Preferred Qualifications - candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Earned value experience and knowledge of COBRA, SAP, Business Warehouse or similar systems
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skill


Salary Range: $69,300 USD - $103,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
