Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a proficient Workday Integration Developer to support various integrations to/from our Workday platform, including SAP Payroll. This position can be performed as a virtual employee.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying complex integrations in support of enterprise initiatives

  • Modifying, maintaining, and modernizing existing integrations

  • Documenting data flows, solutions, and test results

  • Scheduling & Monitoring Integrations

  • Partnering with Information Security & Privacy to ensure compliance

  • Mentoring, training, or demonstrating to other professionals as required

  • Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize efforts to ensure continuous value to the business

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in STEM related field with 9 years of related and relevant experience or Master’s with 5 years relevant experience

  • Workday Integration development

    • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio

    • XSLT changes


    • Workday API framework for data loads

    • OX migrations

  • Ability to engage, motivate and lead diverse teams in remote locations

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • The ability to travel as needed to support different locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile experience

  • Functional knowledge of Workday HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance

  • Experience with Workday / SAP Payroll Integration

Salary Range: $114,300 USD - $171,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
