Northrop Grumman is seeking a ServiceNow HR Administrator (Level 2 or 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be virtual and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consults with functional business process owners concerning ServiceNow systems capabilities in support of Business processes. 

  • Defines and documents business solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  • Complete Configuration and Testing based on customer requirements.  

  • Leads / participates in meetings with various functional User Groups and Change Control Boards.

  • Expands use of ServiceNow to other service areas / processes.

  •  Serves as conduit between functional Customers that currently or considering utilize the ServiceNow system for workflow or Case management needs.

  • Gathers information from customers to support enhancements, break fixes and system upgrades prior to implementation into the production environment.

  • Participates in reoccurring/non-reoccurring projects representing the interest of the HR ServiceNow function.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out projects across multiple functions within deadlines

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR Masters Degree and 1 years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Broad understanding ServiceNow model, interrelationships, and integrations among other systems.

  • Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow module which may include systems capabilities, workflows, and reporting.

  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to find creative and efficient solutions to the business challenges of a diverse customer base with varying HR needs from the ServiceNow system. 

  • Effective business writing and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated process improvement using a disciplined approach

  • Ability to advise and interact with management across sectors. 

  • Able to conduct and participate in implementations which includes requirements gathering through testing and implementation. 

  • Advanced Microsoft suite skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience OR Masters Degree and 4 years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow module which may include systems capabilities, workflows, and reporting.

  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to find creative and efficient solutions to the business challenges of a diverse customer base with varying HR needs from the ServiceNow system. 

  • Effective business writing and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated process improvement using a disciplined approach

  • Ability to advise and interact with management across sectors. 

  • Able to conduct and participate in implementations which includes requirements gathering through testing and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to advise and interact with the highest levels of management.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday module

  • Experience partnering with multiple functional organizations such as Benefits, Security, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation, and the HR Service Center model.

  • Experience executing work within an Agile process and roles

Knowledge of Java Script.


Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD
Salary Range 2: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
