Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is searching for a Software Development Analyst supporting building out innovative integration technology solutions.  You will be working with internal business partners, project managers, developers, and application admins across the company. This is a remote/virtual position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Software Development Analyst develops, tests, and maintains Northrop Grumman ServiceNow integration solutions.  The Software Development Analyst will be a part of a highly agile and innovative team which develops and supports moderate to complex integrations using current technologies such as:

  • ServiceNow Flow Designer

  • JavaScript

  • SQL

  • PowerShell

  • REST and SOAP API technology

The Software Development Analyst should be comfortable with:

  • Web technologies and API use

  • The software lifecycle and solution implementation using software development practices and activities such as research, design, development, testing and customer coordination.

  • Use of various communication channels and software to interact with virtual customers and development teams

  • Document software technical solutions and modifications

  • Performing emergency on-call duties

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

  • Experience with developing solution using the following technologies:

    • JavaScript/JSON

    • SQL

    • REST API Technologies

  • Object Oriented Programming experience

  • Ability to research new technologies for solution creation

  • Willingness to travel on occasion

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, is required with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Experience with PowerShell, XML

  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Soap Technology Experience

  • Understanding of general networking principles

  • Understanding of Cloud architecture and integration

  • Agile Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Conceptual, analytical, and planning skills

  • Strong team dynamics

Salary Range: 74200 - 111400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
