These position support the initiatives being executed by the Digital Transformation (DT) Office focused on delivering enterprise solutions across all functions of NG.  The positions will support a population of complimentary, enterprise solutions that span all Sectors and multiple functions.  This will present a dynamic environment of coordination and communications among the execution team, Sectors and functions.  The specific responsibilities are outlined below.  Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on DT efforts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that DT efforts are within baselined and agreed-upon parameters and company cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for DT efforts and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis. Prepares DT effort plans to ensure requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the DT office. Incorporates scope changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.Basic Qualifications:·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related discipline with a 6 years of Business Management or related experience – OR – a Master’s Degree with 4 years of industry related experience.·         Experience with SAP and/or Cost Point Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.·         Government Cost Accounting Standards knowledge and experience in cost structure implementations.·         Understanding of financial planning and reporting requirements, processes, and related financial and/or IT controls.·         Understanding of system requirements and structures in regards to cost accounting standardsPreferred Qualifications:·         Experience with Cost Point, SAP, BI/BW and IWOs (order of importance)·         Experience in partnering across multiple functional organizations as well as across Sectors.·         Experience in Enterprise system implementation and process optimizations initiatives.

Salary Range: $76,200 USD - $114,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
