Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services / Corporate is seeking a talented and motivated Change Management professional.   This position can be filled at a level 3 or level 4 depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement change initiatives that impact the entire Northrop Grumman organization related to business processes and technologies
  • Accountable for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement
  • Ensure projects/change initiatives meet objectives
  • Monitor and supervise changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization.
     

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Well organized, a self-starter, have a high level of attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 10% - 20% of the time.

This position can be 100% virtual and is not location specific.

Basic Qualifications:

  • For a level 3, Principal: Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 6 years of experience or  in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience  in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives  
  • For a level 4, Sr. Principal: Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience  in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives ; Masters degree with 8 years of relevant experience  in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives  
  • Practical experience in a broad range of organizational design and change management principles, methodologies and tools; strong understanding of how people work (e.g., human centered design approach) through the change process with deep implementation experience.
  • Practical experience managing projects and serving as the change management Subject Matter Expert (SME) on project teams
  • Ability to collaborate, lead, and build rapport across all levels of the organization to include C-level executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, SharePoint)
     

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Change Management Certification (such as Prosci)
  • Experience with Change Management models such as ADKAR
  • Experience utilizing state-of-the-art electronic publishing technology including video
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Survey Tools
  • Experience with M365
  • Experience with Sharepoint Administration


Salary Range: $94,500 USD - $141,700 USD
Salary Range 2: $76,200 USD - $114,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
