The 1ERP Information Management service line is a virtual organization with team members located throughout the United States. This team is looking for a Sr. Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst. The selected individual should have an application development background, with SAP ERP operational technical experience and working knowledge of various business processes such as finance, manufacturing, supply chain, payroll, human resources and logistics.

The Sr. Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst's primary responsibility is to lead the document management solution for the larger 1ERP group. This person will be responsible for providing support and working directly with other service lines within 1ERP and sector customers.


Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Direct implementation of OpenText products including Content Suite, Archive Center, and Archiving/Document Access (i.e., Doculink)
  • Configure and demo applicable use cases to internal customers and programs. Must follow the 1ERP organization con ops and policies for development and provide status to both customers and management
  • Will also provide guidance and subject matter expertise on issues relating to documentation management, be responsible for the strategic roadmap, and support upgrades
  • Create and document detailed processes and procedures put in place.  Coordinate with 1ERP services line resources, customers, coordinate and conduct complex solutions
  • Support cross services lines to support sector customers through various meetings and communications with key internal/external business resources.  Establish and manage project tasks and scope

This role can be performed virtually and is not location specific.

Basic Qualifications - to be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, IT, or Finance with at least 9 years of relevant experience OR Master's in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, IT, or Finance with at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel (10%-40%) - travel depends on workload/assignment
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing OpenText solutions
  • Experience working with Virtual teams
  • Experience with project methodologies, processes, change management, and leading solutions
  • Experience collaborating with senior management, organizing resources and communicating across functional and technical lines
  • Advanced knowledge of ABAP and SQL
  • IT Landscape experience with understanding of SAP S/4, ECC, GTS, Fiori, Business Warehouse operational support concepts. Experience with SAP tools and concepts
  • Lead complex business requirement discussions; gather, evaluate, and document business needs and requirements and translate those into functional specifications
  • Responsible for driving changes and enhancements through change communication with stakeholders, users and developers, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Preferred Qualifications - candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • MIS or MBA in related field of studies
  • OpenText Certification/Experience
  • ABAP and SQL Development skills
  • 3+ years working knowledge integrating SAP systems and processes with non-SAP systems
  • Experience working in Aerospace & Defense Industry.
  • Emerging IOT technologies and applications skills (Leonardo, HANA IOT, etc…)
  • Expert understanding of the integration between SAP and document management systems
  • Prior experience in managing SAP support and maintenance in S/4, ECC, and GTS environment

Salary Range: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
