Position Description   Lead efforts to proactively coordinate and collaborate across the task organization to ensure synergies and efficiencies in order to increase the effectiveness of command efforts by improving consistency of message and content, and coordination of efforts. Facilitate knowledge sharing and status of current operations and lessons learned from each series that are relevant to the operations of each command division and partner. Support initiatives, processes, strategies, and systems that sustain and enhance storage, assessment, sharing, refinement, and creation of knowledge through establishing a records management framework.   Responsibilities   • Coordinate with operational and new capability programs, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system architectures. • Properly manage records and information from its creation to disposition. • Establish a records management program using current records management methods, systems, standards, policies, and checklist • Updates and modernizes the existing portals for each command section to reflect ongoing activities and ensure proper de-confliction, efficiencies, and coordination amongst mission efforts. • Enhance records management capability and reduce risk associated with the inadequate retention of records for garrison directorates and theater support. • Assist in the development of training plans, policies, and procedures aligning with up-to-date knowledge of information and the evolution of records management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years exp or High School Diploma / Equivalent with 7 yrs exp may accepted in Lieu of degree. 
  • Two yrs developing solutions to records management
  • Four yrs records management.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Functional knowledge and application of records management initiatives.
Desired Qualifications  Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience with developing solutions to records management.
  • 2 years experience using ARIMS and Sharepoint Administration
  • Former SGS or HR Senior NCO (SFC or above) or Officer (Sr CPT and above)
