Revolutionary IT Services program at the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in the following location: Vicksburg MS In this position, you will:
  • Provide full spectrum Computer Network Operations (CNO) support to Combatant Commanders and DoD organizations.
  • Provide planning and targeting support to integrate and synchronize cyber operations and exercises.
  • Duties include development of military operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience is necessary supporting compartmented or special operations such as Special Technical Operations (STO) Planning, Tailored Technical Operations, or service in a position with similar responsibilities and must have a working knowledge of CNO theory, employment, and tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Must be familiar with DoD or Service CNO policy and processes, the Joint Operations Planning Process and security policy and execution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification required (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP).
  • Experience planning and conducting exercises and report preparation 
  • Understanding of the various types of cyber threats and attack vectors, and the consequences of cyber attacks.
  • Strong ability to schedule, announce, plan, coordinate and execute large-scale, dynamic planning conferences, work group meetings, interim progress reviews, teleconferences and both secure and unclassified video-teleconferences.
  • Strong leadership experience or demonstrated capacity to lead required.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.  U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting cyber operations and exercises.
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience working with a customer service oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
