Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems - 2Is program is seeking a Project Management/Program Integrator to join our team Walpole, MA.

Primary Responsibilities

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review and align tasks to Program Statement of Work
• Obtain status from functional teams to measure and report program performance
• Understand and adhere to master program and project plans and schedules
• Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements
• Adhere to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) work challenges to mitigate KPIs
• Develop new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, and capture planning
• Conduct thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization
• Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through control board activities
• Support of direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) and Functional Management to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance
• Develop and adhere to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience OR 6 years experience in lieu of degree

Eligible for Current DoD Secret Clearance

2 years experience in Project Management to include:

Working knowledge of the following

- Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)

- Subcontract Data Requirement List (SDRL)
- Develop, Implement and Update Project Schedules
- Developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) | Project Estimating
- Request for Proposal (RFP) | Statement of Work (SOW) Decomposition | Planning
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) | Cost and Schedule Performance Measurement

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
