Our Program Team is seeking a Principal Project Management Analyst to join their diverse team in Warner Robins, GA. The Program organization pushes the boundaries of asset lifecycle management, redefines analytic capabilities, and drives advances in project management. Our team is chartered with providing the skills, innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain optimized asset lifecycle management. Description:

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of the program and serves as liaison between program management and planning, logistics team, and repair team. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Handles Over & Above (O&A) return of assets to customer.  Responsible for vendor assignments and production meetings. Tracks assets through the repair lifecycle & monitors the delivery schedule for timeliness of assets repair completion. Performs other tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have 10 years of experience in lieu of degree or have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years related experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on Access and Excel .

Must possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.

Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior asset forecasting and lifecycle management experience.

Experience using PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) tools.

Experience using SAP.

Experience using Government’s CAV & CAVII systems. 

Knowledge of Government documentation such as DD1348 & DD1149.

Knowledge of root cause / corrective action processes and techniques.

Knowledge of Government Contracts.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Strong attention to detail.

Initiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellence.

High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with an organization at all levels.

Salary Range: $72,400 USD - $108,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
