You will use your understanding and experience in specifying, collecting, processing and presenting information from potentially several disparate data sets. Also, generate actionable knowledge from data. Possesses analytical and problem solving skills necessary for quickly developing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of sources. Ability to identify patterns and higher level information from all the data sources through use of tools and application programming.  Specific Responsibilities:
  • Supports multiple business areas and programs by developing visibility reports and tools
  • Analyzes/interprets data and converts it to meaningful information for the business
  • Explores/develops new technologies or approaches to data analysis and interpretation
  • Creates ad hoc reports based on unique business needs

Basic Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of direct relevant experience OR a Masters Degree and 1 year of related experience. An additional 4 years of direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
2. Advanced proficiency using MS Excel to include:
   • Power Query & Power Pivot
   • Data Models & creating measures
   • Slicers and timelines
   • Dashboard building experience and KPI implementation in Excel
3. Intermediate experience with MS access DB creation for use in consolidating source data from ODBC connections into queries that can be pulled in to Excel’s Power Query
4. Intermediate knowledge of database structure and relationships
5. General knowledge of concepts and experience doing statistical analysis. (Developing Key Performance Metrics)
6. Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience 2. Experience incorporating data into MS project 3. MS Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence Software 4. Experience writing and managing queries in SQL and Oracle databases
