Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide Through-Life Support for its fleet of C-27J Spartan aircraft. The C-27J Spartan aircraft complements the Australian Defence Force’s existing Air Mobility capability and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies to support Humanitarian Disaster Relief and crisis response in Australia and nearby regions.

Your role:

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to support our C-27J Spartan Program. Working closely with the Contract Manager you will ensure contractual obligations are met, develop survey & quotes + contract change proposals (CCP) and perform effective administrative control of contract (contract registers, correspondence, etc.).

We’re looking for someone dependable with attention to detail. Key to success will be your consistent, best practice approach in contract administration.

The Contract Manager will provide mentorship, advice and guidance within this unique Defence environment.

This position is based out of RAAF Richmond, NSW.

About you:

You’re a contract specialist with a good breath of experience and are backed by a relevant tertiary qualification, or a desire to become a contract specialist. You understand the importance of best practice contract administration and have good communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and the customer on contract matters. You’re diligent, confident and are able to grasp new concepts with ease. Lastly you either hold or have the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.

Added bonus if you have experience with Defence environments and specific knowledge of ASDEFCON requirements.
