Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to provide support to our Aerospace Structures team located on site in our Clearfield, UT location with partial telework available.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst for our Aerospace Structures group you will be responsible for supporting our Indirect Budgets and Overhead Rates Team. This position will work very closely with management, operational leaders, internal customers, and other sites within Aerospace Structures Business Unit.

You will work with the Finance team as well as other departments on the following:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and communicate recommendations to management.
  • Develop, maintain, and establish financial information systems considering such things as budgeting, financial performance to plan, labor tracking, material consumption, and total cost on operation floor
  • Establish budget and track project cost performance to planned budgets

Experience Requirements:

  • Candidate must have exposure to and an aptitude to learn more about the following:
    • Financial Reporting
    • Financial and accounting concepts
    • Microsoft office software proficiency required, specifically Excel
    • Coordinate quarterly EAC (Estimate at Complete) process

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Econ/Accounting or similar required (education will be verified) with 10 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Econ/Accounting or similar required (education will be verified) with 8 years of related experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Planning and forecasting skills
  • Communication skills

Salary Range: $92,400 USD - $138,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
