Northrop Grumman is seeking a Level 3 Principal Business Management Analyst or Level 4 Sr Principal Business Management Analyst to join our team of diverse, qualified individuals! This position supports the Contracts Operations in the Strike Division and is located on site in Melbourne, Florida with partial telework available.

Provide the Contracts Operations support for the Strike Division Contracts organization. Ensuring continuity, innovation and understanding of contracts policy, process, systems, and tools.  Directly supporting the Strike Division Contracts Director and providing leadership and guidance to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:

  • Organizing the management and implementation of common processes, tools, systems, and procedures across the Division
  • Ensuring efficient and timely responses to all data requests and/or inquiries from our Business Area, Sector, Corporate or other functions
  • Contracts lead for 1ERP and SAP
  • Support the Division and Programs in addressing Special Projects and complex challenges.
  • Effectively communicate emerging industry developments to the team
  • Partnering with the Director of Contracts and her staff to address staffing needs, including Interns and the Rotation Program
  • Providing working knowledge of FAR and FAR supplements and organizing/assisting with the management and prioritization of multiple organizational requirements

This requisition may be filled as either a Level 3 Principal Business Management Analyst or Level 4 Sr Principal Business Management Analyst.

Basic Qualifications for a level 3 Principal Business Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience in Operations Management and/or Industry Related Experience OR a Master’s Degree with 4 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications for a level 4 Sr Principal Business Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience in Operations Management and/or Industry Related Experience OR a Master’s Degree with 8 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARs
  • Aerospace and defense industry experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary Range: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $92,400 USD - $138,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
