Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Business Management Manager 1 for the Roy, UT location. This position will be fully engaged with Global Supply Chain Program, Operations, and Sub-Contract teams and Business Management.

As part of the Global Supply Chain function, our team enjoys a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaboration across all levels. 

Duties will include:

  • Oversee forecasting process for GSC Materials and Subcontracts for multiple SDS Programs
  • Collaboration with GSC Directors and Managers
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as require to support GSC management and provide needed detail to business management in support of weekly and monthly forecast processes
  • Support multiple internal and external audits
  • Lead the development of communications , training plans, and procedure documentation
  • Provides direction to subordinates using established policies, procedures, and precedents.
  • Train and guide team members in keeping with Northrop Grumman Values.
  • Reviews and reports project status to internal customers on a monthly basis or as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive high levels of performance
  • Model and promote a strong sense of engagement, teamwork and cooperation
  • Deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and manage multiple tasks while demonstrating a professional attitude

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, finance, business, or operations management
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proficient in SAP or other large ERP systems
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)
  • Proficient in the use of data visualization software
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance
  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • Proficient in SAP and Cognos
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense
  • Current DoD Secret clearance

Salary Range: $87,900 USD - $131,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
