Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst. This position will be located at Irving, TX, Falls Church, VA or El Segundo, CA. This role will allow for part time telework. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s General Accounting (GA) organization. GA consists of approximately 30 accountants and supports the four operating sectors (AS, DS, MS, and Space ), and Corporate providing support in disciplines including, the closing of accounting periods, Intercompany, International, and projects.  We routinely interact with and support each Sector and the Corporate office as well as partner with other hES Sector functions to help gain process efficiencies.   

Basic Qualifications: 

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution and majoring in Business Management or related discipline
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • US citizenship


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

Salary Range: (55,400 - 83,000)

This position reports to Unknown City, VA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Unknown City, CA, CA, USA.



Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
