SSSD has an opening for an Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA within the ARIS Business Unit.  This role may be filled at either a level 1 or 2 which is outlined in the basic qualifications.

The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst will report to the Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule analysis, will prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. for multiple programs and contracts.  In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Managers

We are particularly interested in considering individuals with Military Leadership experience although not a requirement to apply. This position does require a Department of Defense (DoD) active Top Secret (TS) security clearance OR the ability to obtain Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares, develops, and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
• Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated

Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:

• DCMA 14-point
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Critical Path Analysis
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
• Provides weekly status and reporting
• Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits

This position maybe filled at either a level 1 (Associate) role or level 2 (no title) Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst.

Level 1 Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• An active DoD TS Clearance and/or SCI Access
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of stated experience in any combination of Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Business, Finance, Research, Intel, or Supply Chain in lieu of degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Military Operations or Leadership
• Knowledge with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Level 2 Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• An active DoD TS Clearance and/or SCI Access
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of stated experience in any combination of Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Business, Finance, Research, Intel, or Supply Chain OR a Master’s Degree with 1 year of stated experience OR 6 years of stated experience in lieu of degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Military Operations or Leadership
• Knowledge with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $87,000 USD

Salary Range 2: $70,200 USD - $105,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
