Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position requires the ability to work on site weekly in Rancho Bernardo with a hybrid telework schedule.

The Program Cost Control Analyst position will work with a small group of analysts at the division level coordinating and managing the NCTA and Capital.

This position will be responsible for actuals, budgets, change notices, variance explanations, updating forecasts, and coordinating and collaborating with the technical leads to make sure the monthly rhythm flows smoothly. They will handle the day-to-day rhythm, collaborate on process improvements, and use the tools analysis in reporting to management and sector teams. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the weekly/monthly data reports are accurate and reviewed with NCTA and Capital Teams in a timely manner.

This position will be responsible for a challenging program portfolio of pursuits and will work closely with the Resource Manager to ensure all budgets and forecasts align.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Economics and a minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience, or other related experience OR a Master's Degree/CPA with 3 years of related experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning software (or another similar software), database software.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in financial analysis

- Active DoD secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance

- Knowledge and experience in of EVMS

Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
