Defining Possible from the day you start.

The C&SM Homeroom Support Analyst will support the facilitation of communication, execution and consistency across the various disciplines.  The right candidate will also be responsible for supporting ongoing projects like Digital Transformation and S4 Hana.   Responsibilities are typically diverse and vary according to the Leadership and Stakeholder needs which means the right candidate must possess the ability to execute within a fast-paced environment with patience, composure and sound decision making. As well as communicate professionally and effectively with program teams, stakeholders, and various customers.

Task description:

  • Supports the development, maintenance, and updates for common processes and procedures supporting the Cost & Schedule Management Organization
  • Provide assistance, service and support to the PMO for The Cost and Schedule Management University to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the university
  • Responsible for identifying areas for process improvements within the sector and aid in the discovery of potential solutions
  • Organize and prioritize tasking to successfully execute on multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Responsible for supporting staffing needs during times of surge support
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and motivate others around a shared vision to support the organization
  • Perform various gap analysis type initiatives to support training and procedure development/updates needs
  • Support special projects like Digital Transformation and S4 Hana as they relate to C&SM
  • Will be responsible to leads, coordinate and facilitate special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics OR a Master's degree with 3 years' of stated
    experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project 
  • Experience in Program Management, Earned Value or Cost and Schedule Management
  • Ability to perform under minimal direct guidance and achieve job objectives with significant degree of independence
  • Excellent written and communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with captivate, TESS,  ZOOM, SharePoint, JIRA, and COBRA
  • Experience and working understanding of an educational university
  • Experience developing and conducting training


Salary Range: $78,500 USD - $117,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
