Defining Possible from the day you start.

The C&SM Operations Integration and Development Analyst will act as the Sector functional homeroom integrator facilitating communication, execution and consistency across the various disciplines.  The right candidate will also be responsible for supporting ongoing projects like Digital Transformation and S4 Hana.   Responsibilities are typically diverse and vary according to the Leadership and Stakeholder needs which means the right candidate must possess the ability to execute within a fast-paced environment with patience, composure and sound decision making. As well as communicate professionally and effectively with program teams, stakeholders, and various customers.

Task description:

  • Serves as the integrator within the homeroom to ensure communication and coordination happens to meet deadlines and support division needs
  • Responsible for identifying areas for process improvements within the sector and aid in the discovery of potential solutions
  • Responsible for supporting staffing needs during times of surge support
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and motivate others around a shared vision to support the organization
  • Assist in the coordination and support to NCTA training needs within the Sector
  • Responsible for the development, organization and maintenance of all C&SM Homeroom SharePoint sites supporting the sector
  • Support to Quarterly C&SM Newsletter
  • Support to special projects like Digital Transformation and S4 Hana
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the homeroom Action Item Tracker and status of homeroom initiatives
  • Responsible to ensure that all data within the AS Org Planning Workbook is accurate and up to date
  • Support where needed to the Cost and Schedule Management University
  • Assist with updating of sector and organization processes and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or master’s degree with 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project 
  • Experience in Program Management, Earned Value or Cost and Schedule Management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Tess, ZOOM, SharePoint, SAP, Tableau, JIRA, and COBRA
  • Experience with cross functional integration and facilitating discussions
  • Experience developing and conducting training

Salary Range: $63,800 USD - $95,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
