Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD) located in Roy Utah is seeking a EVMS Compliance Analyst 1/2 to support the Sentinel and other Programs. This Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Division EVM Manager and assist them in their role as trusted partners with the Division programs and their Business Management Teams. This Division Team is responsible for Earned Value Management training and mentoring as well as ensuring EV compliance and implementation of Earned Value guidelines.

This EVMS Compliance Analyst will be responsible to support surveillance events including reviewing DCMA Earned Value Compliance Metrics (DECM) analysis results with Strategic Deterrent programs. In addition, this team reviews program artifacts and reporting to ensure continued compliance.

This role requires the candidate to have or be able to secure an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) and/or eligibility to acquire a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) Clearance.

This position will be primarily located in Roy, Utah at the beautiful new Northrop Grumman Roy Innovation Center however, partial telework is available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze program data and artifacts for compliance to the corporate standard
  • Review and analyze program schedules and scheduling practices
  • Assist in EVM compliant program set up and start-up
  • Analyze and review EVMS-DECM Metrics and provide analysis and guidance to programs
  • Support of Program Reviews and IBRs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Level 1 – Bachelor’s Degree
  • Level 2 – Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or master’s degree with 1 year of experience
  • An active DoD TS and/or SCI Clearance or ability to secure one
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Database and data analysis experience
  • Experience working in MS Power BI
  • Experience in auditing compliance including data review and analysis
  • Working knowledge of program management including EVM Systems and cost and schedule management
  • Cobra (Cost Management Tool) Experience
  • Experience working in scheduling tools e.g. Primavera, MS Project Server

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $87,000 USD
Salary Range 2: $70,200 USD - $105,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
