Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Role clearance type: You must be able to gain and maintain UK Government clearance.

Location: Central London or Cheltenham

About Your Opportunity:

  • A key member of the NGUK Communications team, this role will lead Employee Communications for NGUK in developing and delivering an integrated communications plan that brings to life our Employee Value Proposition across our UK business units.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all Employee Communications for NGUK.
  • Work with our UK Leadership Teams to develop a dedicated UK employee communications plan.
  • Have ownership of the UK employee communications channels (e.g. email, intranet, physical collateral) including ensuring ease of use by UK leadership team.
  • Develop and manage an integrated employee communications calendar, ensuring appropriate awareness and engagement from UK and U.S. Communications teams; partner with and serve as a liaison between UK and U.S. Communications teams.
  • Support the UK Talent Acquisition (TA) team in developing and communicating a compelling and creative vision to candidates of a career at NGUK. That will include, but not be limited to: digital and social marketing, event support and multi-media content development.

Your Experience:

  • Must have worked in a similar employee communications role.
  • Strong evidence of confident copywriting skills, including writing for senior executives, e.g. CEO emails/blog.
  • Confident working across different creative channels to bring employee communications to life.
  • Operated in a matrixed/international organisation with multiple internal stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
