Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing integration area located in Chandler, AZ. This individual will be responsible for the integration of mechanical structures and their subcomponents. A good working knowledge of creating, supporting & sustaining the use of Manufacturing Engineering System (MES) work instructions is desired. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing processes, procedures: work cell layout, production build sequence, tooling design, troubleshooting/corrective action, and quality assurance.  Familiarity working with CAD, NX and Teamcenter is helpful.  Provide guidance to engineering regarding Design For Manufacturing (DFM) concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering +2 years of experience; Masters Degree + 0 years of experience

• US Citizenship

• Ability to obtain US Confidential Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Engineering System (MES)

• Experience working with CAD, NX and Teamcenter

• Familiarity with Design For Manufacturing (DFM) concepts

Salary Range: $66,600 USD - $99,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
