We are seeking a Principal level Software Integration and Test Engineer who wants to solve interesting, complex problems to protect our nation. We are a trusted mission payload and ground system provider with extensive experience providing end-to-end mission solutions from concept through operations and support. The team you will support is located at our Space Park campus in Redondo Beach, CA.

What you’ll get to do?

As a Software Integration & Test engineer on this team, you will work in an integrated product team (IPT) environment on Ground solutions for spacecraft systems.  You will design, develop, and implement test plans and procedures for requirements verification. You will be responsible for system integration, test equipment and interface development, test requirements analysis, test planning and execution, system performance analysis, troubleshooting and coordination for remediation.  In this role you will write test procedure automation scripts in Python, Linux, UML, and Test Complete.  You will conduct test walk throughs, and communicate plans, status and out-briefs with the IPT leads, team members, and the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in STEM with 3 years of related experience, or a PhD in STEM

• Working knowledge of software integration and test principles and processes

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development

• Experience in Formal Qualifying Campaigns and requirements verification

• Experience in Test Automation scripting and languages (Python, Linux, UML, Test Complete)

• Experience in interface testing

• Space and Ground Domain knowledge

• Active SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
