The Space Systems Sector is looking for you to join our development team as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer. This position can be located at one of our following facilities: Aurora, CO, Fairfax, VA, Linthicum, MD, and Morrisville, NC.
What You’ll get to Do: We are looking for a Software Engineer experienced in Java (as your primary and most skilled in Object-Orientated programming language) who wants to work on an agile development team using modern development practices tackling both new development and operational support of systems that advance National Security.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application.
- Bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of software development experience; 6+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in Agile (object orientated design), JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with Java, Kubernetes, Dockers, and micro service architecture
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and Publisher/Subscriber architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Keycloak or Open Authentication (OATH) technology, and no SQL database.
- Experience with software system integration, testing, and deployment, including but not limited to automation.
