    Salary: £58,000- £81,000

    Role Clearance Type: Must already hold government clearance to commence employment.

    Location:  Hybrid with on-site presence in Cheltenham/London and other locations as the business requires.

    About Your Opportunity:

    As a key member of the Cybersecurity team, you will be accountable for reviewing requirements, assessing risk and providing oversight and guidance to our UK operations on Northrop Grumman and Customer best practice and governance frameworks to ensure compliance for both on-premise and cloud environments.  Reporting to the Cybersecurity Manager you will be customer facing and an integral team member in managing and maintaining IA standards for our UK operations and programmes for new environments and at change control boards engaging with external partners

    Your Responsibilities: 

    Working collaboratively with our Enterprise Services and Programme teams as an advisor on the introduction of new environments and changes to existing environments Risk analysis of new and existing environment designs and system operating protocols against Northrop Grumman and Customer standards, including programme specific Security Management Plans Oversight and guidance to assure Northrop Grumman and Customer Security Policy Frameworks, Customer specific security requirements and compliance standards are met Producing and maintaining documentation to meet Northrop Grumman and Customer requirements Engaging with external security accreditation authorities to achieve agreement and sign-off for security criteria and controls Contribute if required to Cybersecurity incident response investigations and remediation

    Your Experience

    • Experienced IA Practitioner (SFIA responsibility level 6 desired)
    • Experience working in a large public sector organisation
    • Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • One or more of the following Certifications: MSc in Cybersecurity / Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) / NCSC Certified Cyber Professional (CCP)
    • Highly organised with a proven ability to identify and manage risk.
    • An engaging can do attitude with exceptional customer orientation and ability to adapt to changing environments
