Our Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Engineering organization is part of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Airborne Multifunction Sensors Engineering (AMS) Division and is hiring multiple positions to support new business growth across the region.

This is a pipeline position aligned to current and future opportunities in

Systems Engineering

  • RF Systems Engineering (Radar, Electronic Warfare)
  • Digital Signal Processing
  • Mode Development
  • Anti-Tamper Systems Secruity
  • System Validation and Verification
  • Requirements
  • Integration and Test
  • Systems Safety
  • Multi-Target Tracking

Positions can be based in:

  • Maryland- Baltimore, Linthicum and Hollywood
  • New York- Bethpage
  • North Carolina- Morrisville
  • Texas- San Antonio
  • Virginia- Charlottesville and McLean

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree or PhD in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Physics, Math, Computer Science or closely related technical major)
  • Experience in one or more of the critical skills areas listed above
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or above

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working on DoD airborne systems
  • Advanced degree in engineering or other technical discipline
  • Experience working new proposals

MSBALTECM

This position reports to Baltimore, MD, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 6 locations listed above.


Salary Range: $78,600 USD - $223,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
