Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

The Business Systems Integration (BSI) team within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Principal / Sr. Principal Business System Engineer. This Business Systems position is located in Clearfield/Roy, Utah.

  • Represent the organization in providing solutions to complex system issues

We are comfortable conversing at all levels of our leadership chain, from the individual contributor level all the way up through senior leadership. We work closely with teams throughout the Production Operations organization: system engineers, design engineers, manufacturing and industrial engineers and operational leadership.

Our team works a 9/80 work week, which gives you every other Friday off to pursue interests outside of the office. Travel is up to 10%, all within the continental US and typically involves travel to Iuka, MS and Dayton, OH but may require occasional travel to any major NG site.
