Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Test Site Support Manager 3.  This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.  This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.  

 

The Test Site Support manager will be responsible for The System Test Maintenance Integration Facility development, Test Support equipment development, and Promontory site test support infrastructure. The primary focus will be ensuring that the infrastructure that the System Test Team is responsible for is available at the correct milestones to support the SOW and test team needs.  The candidate will manage diverse engineering teams responsible for standing up test capabilities and test system operations and maintenance.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.    

  

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:  

·         Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master’s; 3 years with a PhD

·         3+ years of formal managerial experience
US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 5 years)

·         1+ years’ experience working in Integration and Test Environments

·         1+ years’ experience in team management, task scheduling and team building

 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:  

·         US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret or SCI Clearance (awarded within the past 5 years)

·         Extensive experience in System Integration Lab integration and hardware/software integration at the system level

·         Agile experience

·         Prior experience with Instrumentation, data acquisition and test automation systems

·         Prior experience leading large cross-functional teams

·         Model Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysML

·         Experience using CAMEO software

Salary Range: $138,400 USD - $207,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
