Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) has an opening for an Associate Technical Services Engineer/Technical Services Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.
 

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be supporting Digital Transformation solutions across multiple Space Divisions.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide level 1 or 2 production user support and training for the ENOVIA PLM system

  • Collaborate with PLM team subject matter experts to improve PLM Support processes

  • Be the POC for user communication (publish newsletter, run Community of Practice).

  • Provide technical analysis and testing of the PLM system in support of software upgrades

  • Perform Export/Import of ENOVIA data from Unclassified to Classified systems

  • Maintain PLM SharePoint sites & wiki knowledge base

  • Must be able and willing to work onsite minimum of three days a week in Redondo Beach, CA

This requisition may be filled either at an Associate Technical Services Engineer level or Technical Services Engineer level based on the qualifications listed below.
 

Basic Qualifications – Associate Technical Services Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of relevant engineering or technical support experience OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant engineering or technical support experience

  • Active DoD Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI Clearance

Basic Qualifications – Technical Services Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant engineering or technical support experience OR Master’s Degree with 0 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience

  • Active DoD Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • User support or customer-facing experience

  • Experience with ENOVIA, TeamCenter Unified, or similar PLM

  • Experience with SharePoint 365, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Wiki

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Active SCI clearance, or Top-Secret clearance with recent SSBI


Salary Range: $63,800 USD - $95,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $77,100 USD - $115,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
