Position/Skills we are actively hiring for:

  • Level 1: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with 0 years of related software experience; 4 or more years of software experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related software experience OR a Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience; 6 or more years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher; must have the ability to obtain SCI and/or CI poly as needed
  • Experience with Java, C/C++, and/or Python
  • Experience with software development, the software lifecycle, build tools and processes (DevOps, Agile)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of technical approaches and findings while in support of all levels of the Software IPT, Development & O&M teams, Cyber Security, Systems Administration, SWCM Tools and Build teams

Salary Range: $67,000 USD - $100,600 USD
Salary Range 2: $81,000 USD - $121,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
