What You’ll get to Do:

• Support logistics engineering activities and assist as a technical resource from a program’s concept and proposal phases through development, test, integration, and post-deployment support phases.
• Serve as the Logistics Lead for assigned programs and integrate into program and engineering teams.
• Support logistics design influence efforts and activities necessary to meet system performance requirements.
• Analyze and interpret technical data (e.g., drawings, manuals, specifications, etc.) to develop technical and logistics data and create/update relevant reports such as task analysis, maintenance plans, or provisioning requirements reports.
• Perform/update maintenance procedures.
• Develop maintenance concepts to ensure the most affordable and effective mission readiness solution.
• Responsible for activities that sustain the operation and maintenance of systems to ensure mission readiness.
• Be an engaged and versatile team member of the Integrated Logistics Support team seeking to continuously improve upon existing practices.
• Utilize engineering background and analytical skills and knowledge of a wide array of industry tools used to conduct Logistics analysis and provide status to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years with a Masters. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in logistics or life cycle support environments.
• Experience in developing/generating various types of logistics supportability analysis
• PC mastery with Microsoft Windows Office Products, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Demonstrated communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and ability to interface directly with internal program office and external customer is required.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university.
  • Experience in military maintenance and sustainment support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive change in an organization would be considered a plus.
• Experience supporting procurement activities to meet demanding build schedules
• Experience managing capital or expense priorities would be considered a plus
• An understanding of repair level analysis and life cycle cost modeling.
• Experience with Digital Transformation efforts
• Experience in analyzing data/trend analysis or databases for tracking logistics and inventory
• Active Top Secret clearance

Salary Range: $61,900 USD - $92,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
