Associate Health and Safety Analyst

Duties:

• Interprets federal and state laws, regulations, and orders as they apply to environmental practices.
• Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these practices are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations, and that reporting requirements are met.
• Ensures that inspections are conducted, corrective actions are completed on time, and all necessary documentation is kept. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from within the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
• Develops and implements programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
• Audits and evaluates current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
• Compiles EHS records and reports

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma/equivalent, Associate's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of Health and Safety experience
• U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain top secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Top Secret clearance

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $80,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
