Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Property and Asset Management Analyst 2 located in Huntsville, AL.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence.
  • Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
  • Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
  • Support the site Property Management team with reviewing and responding to internal and external customer corrective action requests and supporting data calls.
  • Support the overall Management team with providing visibility and Property metrics: Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Property oversight/ surveys, Customer DCMA Data Calls, Audits and general inquiries.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree; OR 1 year of relevant experience with a Masters; OR in lieu of a degree from an accredited institution 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Computer proficiency level using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain additional clearances as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications for Level 2:

  • Able to work independently and multi-task to support the greater team with addressing contract property closeout challenges, status progress of required actions and provide visibility. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain additional clearances as necessary.
  • FAR/DFARS regulation knowledge or experience
  • Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) experience

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $87,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
