Level 3 Principal Facilities Representative

Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Level 3 Principal Facilities Representative to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! The selected candidate will work on site in Palmdale, CA.

Essential Functions:

• Facilities and property administration, maintenance planning, or system coordination
• Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or maintenance activities.
• Experience with purchasing, parts ordering and budget coordination
• HVAC systems and equipment experience

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in purchasing and budget coordination or a Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Maximo (maintenance management system)

Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
