The successful candidate will be a member of the Move Services Team. The candidate will contribute to the coordination of both large and small employee relocations, completion of milestones associated with specific facilities projects, initiatives, tools, and records and will interface with department teams to implement project relocations.  The appropriate candidate will have familiarity with coordination implementing assignments supporting a large, multi-building facilities organization with Strong Communication Skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Manager of Move Services, Estimating, Scheduling and Site Logistics
  • Schedule and coordinate employee moves
  • Coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of furniture
  • Perform site walks to assess move project scope.
  • Perform functional responsibilities related to day-to-day employee move requests.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Support updates to Facilities Move Process Desktop Instructions
  • Receive, interpret, and relay information, both written and verbally, in a concise and effective manner across various levels of stakeholders
  • Responsible for confirming the project or task has been completed successfully.
  • Represent team or department on specific projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year with a Master’s degree
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and/or experience collaborating on teams and achieving organization objectives, goals, metrics, targets
  • The selected candidate for the move team will be able to develop, provide and communicatee weekly or monthly current metrics, as well develop a recovery plan in collaboration with direct management as needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Government clearance up to the TS/SCI level
  • Experience or understanding basic project management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing MAXIMO CMMS system
  • Experience with Archibus Data Management System
  • Experienced using data analytics and related Tableau reporting tools
  • Familiar with aerospace industry office, lab, warehouse, manufacturing/production facilities
  • Previous experince iwht move coorj nditon
  • Candidate to have current TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $70,200 USD - $105,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
