The Maintenance Technician 3/4 projects team member is responsible for installing new services such as air, water, electrical, and others as well as help with buildouts and refresh projects.
Job Duties:
- Piping and plumbing of vacuum, pneumatic, and fluid systems.
- Help perform electrical modifications and new installations.
- Installing, terminating, and certifying copper network services.
- Other duties to support Maintenance Team as assigned.
- Carpentry work such as building and standing up mobile offices and cubicles.
- Participate within the projects team in executing day to day buildouts and projects.

This position may be filled as either a level 3 Maintenance Technician or a level 4
Basic Qualifications:
Maintenance Technician level 3:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience with electrical.
- Experience with mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with building and installation of peripheral services.
Maintenance Technician level 4:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience with electrical.
- Experience with mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with building and installation of peripheral services.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified welder/pipefitter.
- Millwright mechanic who has a wire array of mechanical skills.
- Ability to read and provide updates to blue-prints and building drawings.
- Understanding of OSHA codes and regulations that apply to utility installations.
