Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Associate Facilities Rep to provide leadership administrative control and support to our Plant Services/Maintenance team in our CLEARFIELD, Utah offices.

Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Schedule and manage PM Forecast

  • Generate PMs (approx. 900 per month)

  • Notify PM owners of newly generated PM work orders.

  • Generate monthly PM material kitting lists.

  • Follow-up on PM work orders not completed on time.

  • Process and escalate PM extension requests.

  • Coordinate with engineering to create job plans.

  • Structure PM routes with multiple assets/locations

Work Orders

  • Close operations work orders when received.

  • Scan and archive paperwork orders into digital files

  • Lead weekly customer engagement meeting to discuss priority pending work orders.

  • Process scheduled PM notification work orders assigned to me.

  • Retrieve records and gather reports for internal and external audits.

  • Final approval on FEOs to verify PM changes are in place if needed.

  • Route workflow and assist in errors.

Asset Management

  • Add new assets to Maximo.

  • Record asset details to record (location, model, serial, manufacturer, etc.)

  • Update charge codes as needed.

  • Update asset location records when moved to other locations/sites.

  • Update asset status (active, storage, excessed, etc.)

Location Management

  • Verify and add locations.

  • Manage records of location owners and managers

  • Maintain location specifications (status, location types, etc.)

User Management

  • Add new person records, labor records, and Maximo user accounts.

  • Assign and maintain Maximo user permissions.

  • Maintain labor group records.

  • Reset forgotten passwords.

  • Configure EZMaxMobile (iPad app) access.

Software Gatekeeping

  • Review new and updated software programs before they are released into production (PLC programming, HMI software, monitoring programs, etc.)

  • Document all software releases and current revisions.

iPad Support

  • Provide initial iPad setup and training to maintenance team members.

  • Provide technical support as needed.

  • Weekly remote Bacchus meeting

  • to address iPad issues

  • Collaborate with Interpro Support (EZMaxMobile developer) for software issues.

Generate Reports

  • Clearfield Planner Weekly Report

  • Clearfield Bi-Weekly Critical Asset Work Order History Report

  • Clearfield Planning Group Projects spreadsheet

  • Weekly Customer Engagement work order report

Misc.

  • Attend monthly Maximo Change Board meetings.

Experience Requirements:

  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft software.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers.

Experience Preferred

  • Experience in Construction and Project planning.

  • Familiarity with multiple construction disciplines.

  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and interpret detail

  • Experience in permitting processes, demolition, hazard abatement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.

  • Ability to work unsupervised

Education/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Prefer Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, business or related field.


Salary Range: $50,100 USD - $75,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
