Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Property/Asset Management Analyst 3/4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Aurora CO and support the Payload and Ground Systems Division (PGSD).

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee management systems, policies and procedures to ensure contractual and continual accountability of government, other customer and company assets under the responsibility of various NG Space suppliers/ subcontractors.
  • Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier/ subcontractor sites.
  • Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
  • Preparation of contract transfer documentation.
  • Preparation and submittal of property financial reports.
  • Coordinating physical inventory process.
  • Property record review and inventory updates in property database.
  • High level of interaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews.
  • Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Property Focal Points (PFPs) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
  • Assist suppliers/ subcontractors in the property management life cycle recovery plans, as needed.
  • Assist other team members, as necessary.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, or related program with 6+ years of related experience in Property/Asset Management - OR - a Master's degree from an accredited university with 4+ years of related experience. An additional 4 years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 4:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, or related program with 10+ years of related experience in Property/Asset Management - OR - a Master's degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of related experience. An additional 4 years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:

  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
  • Experience contributing to the development of new property/asset management concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS.
  • Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques, and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.
  • Current DoD Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current DoD TS/SCI level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Experience with SAP environments.
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM).
  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

Salary Range: $75,000 USD - $112,400 USD
Salary Range 2: $92,900 USD - $139,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
