Description:

Manager for Japan Global Hawk Flight Operations Department. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating training, scheduling, and flight activities at the site.  Responsible for Pilot and Sensor Operator Initial Qualification Training for FMS students, flight records, flight training records, and training plans. Monitors adherence to SOW, and schedule, identifies program problems and recommends solutions. Directs the work of employees assigned to the Japan Global Hawk program. Performs Global Hawk aircrew duties for the Japan program. Participates with customer staff in planning and execution of Global Hawk flight operations as directed. Coordinates directly with DCMA and AFSAT Government Flight Representatives to ensure aircrew are qualified, current and approved to conduct flight operations and instructor duties.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 9 years experience with a High School Diploma but will consider 5 years experience with a Bachelor's Degree

DoD Secret Clearance required.

US Citizenship required.

Must have or be able to acquire a Class II FAA medical certification.

Must be a prior or currently qualified RQ-4 Pilot or Sensor Operator (block 30 preferred).

If a prior RQ-4 Pilot, must have a Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot FAA License and an Instrument Rating.

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly Desired - Prior experience as an RQ-4 Instructor

If an RQ-4 Instructor Sensor Operator, at least 200 hours of flight instruction in type

If an RQ-4 Instructor Pilot, at least 3 years of flight instructor experience (total military or FAA) with 1000 hours total flying time and 500 hours in type

Salary Range: $92,600 USD - $138,800 USD
