Northrop Grumman Flight Operations is seeking an experienced Pilot 4 to serve at its Dulles, VA location.

The selected individual will operate company-owned aircraft in flight and ensures the safety, comfort, and convenience of all passengers. Coordinates with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies. Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings, pass Class 1 physical examination, FAA examinations, and flight proficiency tests. Pilots are also occasionally expected to perform other aviation-related, non-flying duties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum flight experience required - 3200 hours total time

• Minimum flight experience required - 2200 hours fixed wing

• Minimum flight experience required - 1200 hours of multi-engine time.

• Minimum flight experience required – 500 hours of turbine time

• FAA multi-engine ATP certificate and Class I medical certificate with no waivers is required

• An FAA pilot record check and a security background check will be performed; participation in an FAA-approved drug and alcohol screening program is required

• US citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Type-rated and current in the Citation 680

• Recent flight time

• Residence/relocation within 1.5 hours driving time from IAD airport

Salary Range: $129,700 USD - $194,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
