Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Logistics Planner for our Saudi Arabia location. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

General Description:

- Provides support to the Logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment, HAZMAT, Government Furnished Equipment and related materials to be deployed and stocked.

- Tracks logistics materials, spares, tooling and HAZMAT for proper allocation of storage facilities.

- Precisely plan, manage and track efficient flow of aircraft parts, support equipment, tooling and HAZMAT from point of origin to point of consumption to meet 100% of customer requirements.

- Execute inventory management in CORRIDOR computerized database.

Specific Description:

- Effectively communicate with Northrop Grumman’s Procurement Manager on status and issues which may affect any element of aircraft Contract Logistics Support (CLS) operations and/or ability to me et any customer requirements. - Conduct material requirements planning to develop and maintain inventory levels in support of deployed aircraft missions schedule.

- Daily receipt of all stock inventory including rotables, consumables, and expendables.

- Conduct export/import management coordination for the shipment of aircraft parts, materials, and other items necessary for the execution of aircraft maintenance operations at the deployed location.

- Prepare and process Jurisdiction/Classification Requests (JCRs) and International Commercial Invoicing (ICI) activities with Northrop Grumman's Export/Import Management Office.

- Oversee Northrop Grumman and Government Furnished Tools; Conduct daily inventory of Northrop Grumman and Government Furnished Tools; Monitoring calibration due dates of Northrop Grumman and Government Furnished Tools for proper disposition and/or calibration.

- Oversee consumable/HAZMAT inventory; Issuing consumables/HAZMAT for aircraft maintenance operations ; Disposing of consumables/HAZMAT to HAZMAT yard; Conducting daily inventory of consumables/HAZMAT; monitoring expiration dates of consumables/HAZMAT. Unique Duties of Deployed Logistics Clerk Personnel:

- Submitting Entry/Exit Memorandums, American Goods Return Forms, and USA & Saudi Arabia Customs Clearance Forms for the turn in and receipt of materials.

- Responsible for the coordination and oversight for the movement of material from the warehouse to the base front gate and vice versa, including submitting an AF 868 Transportation Form for equipment movement.

- Coordinating the movement of Inbound/Outbound materials via Northrop Grumman approved vendors.

- Reporting HAZMAT materials to installation HAZMAT representative.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR 6 years’ experience in lieu of degree.

- Must be willing to deploy for approximately 85 days unaccompanied to various OCONUS locations.

- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance is required.

- Current U.S. Passport required. - Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Ability to obtain a corporate credit card.

- Ability to pass a pre-deployment physical and then once hired, a yearly physical.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Working experience in CORRIDOR inventory database operations.

- Airline Logistics experience.


Salary Range: $63,800 USD - $95,800 USD
