Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Driver Heavy Vehicles 2. This position is located in Ogden, UT.
What You’ll Get To Do:
The Personnel Shuttle Bus/Box Truck Driver (Class C) will be responsible for driving personnel shuttle buses locally in Utah for guided tours and shuttling personnel to/from on-site and off-site locations. Personnel interactions to include Executive Leadership Team, VIPs, & Government Customers during shuttling and guided tours.
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Operating a heavy-duty truck (typically with either box truck or heavy-duty trailer) to transport materials, merchandise, or equipment within industrial areas (Long distance travel may be required).
Coordinates the loading or unloading of trucks and trailers with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other specialized lift equipment.
Processing of transportation paperwork into computer systems as required.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
Updated medical certificate
Powered Industrial Vehicle experience (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Class A License
Hazmat Certification (Code of Federal Regulations 49)
Active DOD clearance with a refresh/reinvestigation within the last 5 years
