Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently hiring a Supply Chain Planning Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Planning, Requirements & Delivery organization. This position will be located onsite in Iuka, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution
- Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review
- Integrate metrics requirements for the Requirements Planning Team
- Communicate program schedule deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution
- Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years with a Master’s degree; 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement
- Must have experience with Bills of Materials
- Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
- At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- EVMS experience
- CAM experience
- Experience with Advanced Planning and Material Requirements Planning
- Current Special Program Access
