Northrop Grumman Space Strategic Systems Division is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Coordinator 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

In this role, you’ll be supporting and assisting activities across Global Supply Chain. You will provide administrative, tactical and execution support in various aspects of supply chain process while coordinating with our manufacturing team. You’ll be performing data entry transactions to release work orders for Manufacturing, receiving parts into inventory, closing out work orders, and issuing parts up to next higher assemblies. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and be ready to learn about our amazing Global Supply Chain team and how we work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide administrative and data entry support

• Create and prepare shippers

• Coordinate with other shop support teams

• Perform data entry transactions

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D) plus 2 years of experience in customer service, warehousing, inventory, shipping and/or data entry.

• Ability to learn SAP/MES systems

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Working knowledge of ERP systems

Salary Range: $39,900 USD - $66,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
