Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Procurement Coordinator 2 / 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

On-site in Melbourne you will have the opportunity to support our nation’s classified, top-priority programs, developing and building our next-generation airborne defense solutions for our country.

About the Role:

Provides administrative support to Subcontract Managers and Subcontract Specialists, which will include invoice processing and tracking, subcontract reporting, metric data collection, status tracking and reporting, coordination of approvals for various Subcontract Management processes, coordinating supplier events, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, booking travel arrangements, processing expense reports, data entry, file management and other duties as required.

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Basic Qualifications- Level 2:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional related experience or Associates Degree
  • MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Must have an Active, In-Scope DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 6 years

Basic Qualifications- Level 3:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years additional related experience with Associates Degree

Salary Range: $39,900 USD - $66,500 USD
Salary Range 2: $41,000 USD - $68,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
