Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services / Corporate is seeking a talented and motivated Business Operations Compliance professional.  This position is in Lake Charles, Louisiana or Huntsville, Alabama.  However, Hybrid or Full-Time teleworking may be considered.Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Contributes to the overall learning and development of Global Supply Chain employees and other stakeholders on various Global Supply Chain (GSC) topics
  • Develops and produces training materials based on inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), using a variety of tools and methods of delivery
  • Maintains the roster of GSC personnel on a weekly basis to facilitate timely communications and adequate maintenance of training transcripts
  • Tracks, maintains, and reports metrics on all GSC training activities for the GSC personnel
  • Coordinates and facilitates internal virtual and live GSC training events
  • Schedules, assigns, and tracks to completion required mandatory GSC training
  • Performs duties of the learning platform administrator for GSC Learning & Development
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 7 years of business or administrative experience
  • Will consider 3 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or a Masters degree with 1 year experience
  • Knowledge and practical experience with development and production of short tutorial training video content for e-learning
  • Knowledge and practical experience with software as follows:  Tableau (including Dashboard development and maintenance), Adobe Captivate, TechSmith SnagIt, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Zoom for Government and Microsoft Teams
  • a well-organized self-starter knowledgeable and skilled in differing training platforms and media content development with a focus on development of short tutorial training videos/tools
  • Must be highly skilled in attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • able to travel domestically approximately 10% - 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Experience in a variety of training methods and techniques
  • Experience in Federal Contracting environment
  • Experience in developing short tutorial training video content for eLearning

Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $95,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
