Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 2 or 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Grand Sky, ND.

  • 1st shift, 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!
  • Position is on-site, unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule.

This position will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Operations.
  • These employees are primarily responsible for the manual receiving, storage, movement or shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
  • Will perform a combination of manual and clerical duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, company vehicles, as well as computers and various application to process and maintain data.
  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.

Basic Qualifications (Level 2):

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain / maintain DOD Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting).

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain / maintain DOD Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes

This position reports to Emerado, ND, USA, however, this position can also be worked from New Town, ND, ND, USA.


Salary Range: $34,500 USD - $57,500 USD
Salary Range 2: $41,000 USD - $68,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
