We are looking for you to join our team as a Sr Principal Supply Chain Planning Analyst based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
What You'll Get to Do:
Financial responsibilities including EAC’s, material sales forecasting, accruals, and cost account management (CAM)
Ability to confidently present and represent Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain in Program Management Reviews, leadership briefings, and customer briefings
Ability to creatively solve complex supply chain problems with data driven strategies
Demonstrated aptitude in identifying Risks and Opportunities to the program
Consistently work on supply and demand to proactively identify gaps to eliminate them
Escalate critical material shortages immediately upon identification and own efforts to resolve them
Ability to resolve short term problems while maintaining long term success of the program
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced development environment
Implement solutions to overcome current & future material shortages
Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules with critical Suppliers
Challenge business impediments to excellence and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to lead others through dynamic and fluid environments
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years supply chain planning experience; OR a Master's degree and six (6) years supply chain planning experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance;
US citizenship is required
Experienced user with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Material Program Management and/or Supply Chain Management experience working on prime defense programs
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated strong Program and Budget Management skills
Demonstrated ability in EVMS (earned value management system)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulations
Lean and Six Sigma Training and/or Certification desired
Experience leading and support prime proposal efforts
Expert excel ability including pivot tables, macros, and VBA
